Major store refurbishment in Worthing

Rylance Construction Ltd have been commissioned to refurbish a store in Worthing. The project commences on 17th Nov 2014 with completion scheduled for 12th Dec 2014.

Scope of works:

• Installation of 3No entrance windows to front elevation
• Decoration of existing front elevation cladding
• Respraying of existing shopfront entrance doors
• Total redecoration of store
• Removal of existing suspended ceiling to bed area
• Total uplift of all flooring within store
• Form new Laminate area
• Form new bed area
• Reconfigure existing main sales and special display areas
• Form new fire exit including barrier rails to rear of the store
• Reconfigure warehouse racking
• Wall tiling to toilets throughout
• Total refurbishment of colleagues area
• New flooring throughout store
• Form new sales area including desk and work stations
• Form new remnants department
